Please allow 1-3 business days for our fulfillment center to process your order.

Once shipped, standard delivery for in-stock items typically takes 3-4 business days. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require an additional 2-3 business days.

During exceptionally busy periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

We work quickly, so your order may have already been processed. Contact us as soon as possible at hi@strauss.com. If processing hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to help.

Inspect your order when it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact hi@strauss.com right away and include a photo so we can assess the issue and make it right.
