Strauss Cyber Monday Terms & Conditions
These Strauss Cyber Monday terms and conditions (“Cyber Monday Terms”) apply to the Cyber Monday Promotion (defined below) that is offered by Engelbert Strauss, Inc. (“STRAUSS” or “we”) on us.strauss.com (“Site”) or through any other method that references these Cyber Monday Terms. These Cyber Monday Terms supplement the STRAUSS Terms of Service if you make a purchase through the Site. If you do not agree with any of these Cyber Monday Terms, you should not participate in any Promotion.
Cyber Monday Promotion. The Cyber Monday promotion (“Cyber Monday Promotion”) gives you the opportunity to receive a STRAUSS | MLB® baseball (“Baseball”) at no additional charge provided you purchase a product from STRAUSS through the Site during the Promotional Period (defined below) and meet the requirements below.
Cyber Monday Promotion Structure. The first 1,000 orders placed through the Site during the Promotional Period (defined below) may receive a Baseball.
Term of Cyber Monday Promotion. The Cyber Monday Promotion is only active from 12:00:01 a.m. PST on December 1, 2025 through 11:59:59 p.m. PST on December 1, 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
Order Application. The Cyber Monday Promotion applies to a single order only and cannot be applied across multiple orders. Gifts and any other discounts or promotions cannot be earned by combining any non-qualifying purchase with future purchases.
Returns, Exchanges, and Discount Adjustment. Returns or exchanges for items purchased through the Site must follow our standard return policy, available at: https://us.strauss.com/pages/refund-policy. Except as expressly allowed by STRAUSS, you may not substitute or exchange the Baseball or receive a refund for the Baseball.
Shipping and Handling Charges. Standard shipping and handling charges apply to any purchases made during the Cyber Monday Promotion through the Site. See our Shipping Policy for additional information, available at: https://us.strauss.com/pages/shipping-notice.
Exclusions and Restrictions. The following exclusions and restrictions apply to the Cyber Monday Promotion to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
· This is a limited time offer.
· The Cyber Monday Promotion is limited to one Baseball per household.
· The Cyber Monday Promotion is active only while supplies last.
· The Baseball is non-transferable, may not be resold, and is provided AS IS.
· An item in your cart does not entitle you to receive a Baseball until your payment is complete.
· You cannot stack multiple promotions, discounts, or employee pricing unless we otherwise state it is allowed.
· The Cyber Monday Promotion cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made before the Promotional Period.
· We reserve the right to exclude any item from the Cyber Monday Promotion at any time.
· We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders in our sole discretion, including if you violate our Terms of Service.
· We reserve the right to use methods we determine appropriate to verify your identity and prohibit the use of bots and other automated tools.
· We reserve the right to close or merge duplicate customer accounts.
· We reserve the right to rescind the benefits of the Cyber Monday Promotion or suspend fulfillment of your order if we reasonably suspect or actually detect fraudulent or abusive behavior.
· The Cyber Monday Promotion is only valid as applied to purchases made through the Site. In-store purchases do not qualify for the Cyber Monday Promotion.
Taxes. Taxes may be charged or owed on the Baseball depending on your jurisdiction. Except as otherwise expressly agreed by STRAUSS, you are responsible for any taxes owed in connection with the Baseball.
Modification and Termination of Cyber Monday Promotion. STRAUSS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Cyber Monday Promotion. Any changes to the Cyber Monday Promotion will be communicated through the Site or other channels as deemed appropriate in compliance with applicable law. Your participation in the Cyber Monday Promotion constitutes acceptance of the Cyber Monday Terms in effect at that time.
