Strauss Holiday Sale Terms & Conditions
These Strauss Holiday Sale terms and conditions (“Holiday Sale Terms”) apply to the Holiday Promotion (defined below) that is offered by Engelbert Strauss, Inc. (“STRAUSS” or “we”) on us.strauss.com (“Site”) or through any other method that references these Holiday Sale Terms. These Holiday Terms supplement the STRAUSS Terms of Service if you make a purchase through the Site. If you do not agree with any of these Black Friday Terms, you should not participate in any Promotion.
Holiday Promotion. The Holiday promotion (“Holiday Promotion”) gives you the opportunity to receive tiered discounts on purchases you make through the Site based on your total pre-tax and shipping cart value, excluding the purchase of any gift cards, as described below.
Holiday Promotion Structure. You may be eligible for the Holiday Promotion based on your total pre-tax and shipping cart value, excluding the purchase of any gift cards. The total purchase amount tiers and corresponding discounts are set forth below:
· Spend $150 or more → Receive 10% off
· Spend $200 or more → Receive 15% off
· Spend $250 or more → Receive 20% off
Term of Holiday Promotion. The Holiday Promotion is only active from 12:00:01 a.m. PST on December 2, 2025 through 11:59:59 p.m. PST on December 26, 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
Order Application. The Holiday Promotion applies to each order individually and only up to the first $1,000 of products purchased per household during the Promotional Period. Gifts and any other discounts or promotions cannot be earned by combining any non-qualifying purchase with future purchases.
Returns, Exchanges, and Discount Adjustment. If any Holiday Promotion-eligible item is returned, we will adjust your order’s total purchase amount to reflect the new order subtotal before any shipping and taxes. If a return reduces your order’s total purchase amount below a threshold described above, we reserve the right to adjust the amount you owe accordingly to account for your new order total, which may include charging you the full value of unreturned products in your order or reducing any refund owed to you. Returns or exchanges for items purchased through the Site must follow our standard return policy, available at: https://us.strauss.com/pages/refund-policy.
Shipping and Handling Charges. Standard shipping and handling charges apply to any purchases made during the Holiday Promotion through the Site. See our Shipping Policy for additional information, available at: https://us.strauss.com/pages/shipping-notice.
Exclusions and Restrictions. The following exclusions and restrictions apply to the Holiday Promotion to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
· This is a limited time offer.
· The Holiday Promotion is active only while supplies last.
· You cannot stack multiple promotions, discounts, or employee pricing unless we give you our express permission to do so.
· The Holiday Promotion cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made before the Promotional Period.
· We reserve the right to exclude any item from the Holiday Promotion at any time.
· We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders in our sole discretion, including if you violate our Terms of Service.
· We reserve the right to use methods we determine appropriate to verify your identity and prohibit the use of bots and other automated tools.
· We reserve the right to close or merge duplicate customer accounts.
· We reserve the right to rescind the benefits of the Holiday Promotion or suspend fulfillment of your order if we reasonably suspect or actually detect fraudulent or abusive behavior.
· The Black Friday Promotion is only valid as applied to purchases made through the Site. In-store purchases do not qualify for the Black Friday Promotion.
Modification and Termination of Black Friday Promotion. STRAUSS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Black Friday Promotion. Any changes to the Black Friday Promotion will be communicated through the Site or other channels as deemed appropriate in compliance with applicable law. Your participation in the Black Friday Promotion constitutes acceptance of the Black Friday Terms in effect at that time.
