Strauss Promotional Terms & Conditions
These Stauss promotional terms and conditions (“Promotional Terms”) apply to any promotions (“Promotions”) described below that are offered by Engelbert Strauss, Inc. (“STRAUSS” or “we”) on us.strauss.com (“Site”) or through any other method that references these Promotional Terms. These Promotional Terms supplement the STRAUSS Terms of Service if you make a purchase through the Site. If you do not agree with any of these Promotional Terms, you should not participate in any Promotion.
Tiered Gifting Promotion. We may offer a tiered gifting promotion (“Tiered Gifting Promotion”) that gives you the opportunity to receive STRAUSS merchandise at no additional charge based on the total purchase amount of your order after discounts but before any taxes and shipping and excluding the purchase of any gift cards.
Promotion Discount Structure. Any item offered by STRAUSS at no additional charge (“Gift”) is based on the total purchase amount of your order in USD after discounts, before any taxes and shipping, and excluding the purchase of any gift cards. The total purchase amount tiers and corresponding Gifts are set forth below:
· Spend $150 → Receive free e.s.motion Belt ($19.90 value)
· Spend $200 → Receive free Knee Pad Ergonomic ($29.90 value)
· Spend $250 → Receive free Assembly Protection Gloves ($49.90 value)
Term of Promotion. The Tiered Gifting Promotion is only active from 12:00:01 a.m. PST on November 5, 2025 through 11:59:59 p.m. PST on November 23, 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
Order Application. The Promotion applies to a single order only and cannot be applied across multiple orders. Gifts and any other discounts or promotions cannot be earned by combining any non-qualifying purchase with future purchases.
Returns, Exchanges, and Discount Adjustment. If any eligible item is returned, we will adjust your order’s total purchase amount to reflect the new order subtotal before any shipping and taxes. If a return reduces your order’s total purchase amount below a threshold described above, we may require you to return any corresponding Gift unopened and unused, or we may charge you the Gift’s value or deduct the Gift’s value from any refund owed to you. Returns or exchanges for items purchased through the Site must follow our standard return policy, available at: https://us.strauss.com/pages/refund-policy. If you make an exchange or return and your order’s total purchase amount remains at or above the applicable threshold, you may retain the Gift. Except as expressly allowed by STRAUSS, you may not substitute or exchange any Gift or receive a refund for any Gifts.
Shipping and Handling Charges. Standard shipping and handling charges apply to any purchases made during the Promotion through the Site. See our Shipping Policy for additional information, available at: https://us.strauss.com/pages/shipping-notice.
Exclusions and Restrictions. The following exclusions and restrictions apply to any Promotions to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
· This is a limited time offer.
· The Promotion is active only while supplies last.
· Gifts are non-transferable and may not be resold.
· A Gift in your cart does not entitle you to receive the Gift until your payment is complete.
· You cannot stack multiple promotions, discounts, or employee pricing unless we give you our express permission to do so.
· The Promotion cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made before the Promotional Period.
· We reserve the right to exclude any item from the Promotion at any time.
· We may substitute eligible Gifts at our discretion based on inventory.
· We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders in our sole discretion, including if you violate our Terms of Service.
· We reserve the right to use methods we determine appropriate to verify your identity and prohibit the use of bots and other automated tools.
· We reserve the right to close or merge duplicate customer accounts.
· We reserve the right to rescind the benefits of any Promotion or suspend fulfillment of your order if we reasonably suspect or actually detect fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Taxes. Taxes may be charged or owed on Gifts depending on your jurisdiction. Except as otherwise expressly agreed by STRAUSS, you are responsible for any taxes owed in connection with any Gift.
Modification and Termination of Promotion. STRAUSS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion. Any changes to the Promotion will be communicated through the Site or other channels as deemed appropriate in compliance with applicable law. Your participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the Promotional Terms in effect at that time.
