Building what’s next

Today's student. Tomorrow's leader. The discipline built in the Big Ten is carried into graduates' next chapter. It goes to work. STRAUSS is proud to stand with the doers shaping what comes next.

Built for big work

Big Ten game day is built long before kickoff. By student-athletes grinding for years. By crews whose work keeps campuses running. By families, alumni, and communities who carry traditions forward. Their  preparation, craft and commitment to excellence partnership keep these iconic institutions building big. This partnership celebrates that work.

Ready to Build Big

“Success comes from preparation, commitment and people working together toward something bigger. The Big Ten represents the values that matter long after game day: teamwork, resilience and the willingness to put in the work when no one is watching. It brings generations of students, families, alumni and communities together through pride, tradition and a shared belief in supporting future generations. At STRAUSS, we are proud to celebrate the people who honor these roots, embrace what's next, and are ready to build big.”
